Super chic, just opposite the Bass Museum of art, and complete 5-star energy. We’re obsessed.

1 Hotel South Beach Miami

Can you tell we’re very into South Beach? Why go to Miami if you’re not staying ON the ocean? This hotel is definitely for you if you’re looking for more eco-friendly, sustainable vibes. The 1 hotel was made using reclaimed materials, features a farm to table restaurant, yoga classes, 600 feet of beach, and *two* oceanside pools. The rooms are airy yet sophisticated, with adorable touches. Even the lamps here are cute!

Dream South Beach

Dream South Beach is an absolute dream with total 70’s nightclub vibes outside and gorgeous Moroccan-style decor inside. This hotel was built inside two iconic staples of Miami’s Art Deco past–The Tudor Hotel and Palmer House. Architects kept the vision alive by adding touches like the disco inspired nightclub and cheeky taco spot (with 125 different tequilas to boot) while keeping the exterior totally Miami-chic. Best part? It’s 50 yards from the beach.

They’re on a reservation basis right now, but they are happy to accommodate larger groups if you call ahead. One of our favorite things about this spot that makes it super unique is that they offer a variety of different spaces for your party to sit! Some more private than others, if you don’t love the noise that comes with being at a busy bar. Their Happy Hour is 4-6 PM Tuesday – Saturday, offering $10 cocktails.

Palace

Palace is Miami’s #1 LGBTQ+ bar since the 90’s! They serve both fabulous drinks and fabulous drag brunches on Monday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Its historic origin as the first restaurant on Ocean Drive secures its spot on our list. Their Happy Hour is from 5-7 PM, Monday-Friday.

Minnow Bar

Known for both botanically infused cocktails and small snack plates to share, this is a great place to recharge before a night of partying. Their Happy Hour is from 4-6 PM, offering $2 oysters and $7 cocktails. They also offer a Bottomless Bubbly Brunch daily at Seawell, 8AM – 3PM, with bottomless bellinis, tropical mimosas, and spritzes for $25 per person.

Sweet Liberty Drink and Supply Co

Yet another award-winning cocktail bar, Sweet Liberty is definitely unassuming at first glance. With an almost dive-bar vibe, this spot is located right by the Bass Art Museum.
